The grounds in which the greyhound is set are beautiful and well kept. There is a patio area which is lovely for alfresco dining away from the world.

The front garden has a great outlook towards the southdowns and is great for eating in or just to enjoy a great british pint.

The backgarden has a childrens play area. There are two trampolines. One for little ones with a safety net (age and size restrictions) and a larger one for the bigger kids(not the adult big kids though!)

The is a wooden playhouse climbing area and slide. These are all enclosed and fenced off.

At the top of the back garden is a garden terrace from the conservatory with seating for diners in the hot summer days.
